SHIPPING POLICY
Everything you need to know about ordering, payment, making time, and delivery for your Yume pieces.
ORDERS
Orders can be placed through our website or via Instagram DM at @yume_crochetes.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with your order details.
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before confirming — we want your Yume pieces to find you without any trouble.
PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
The deposit is refundable only if you cancel within 2 days of order confirmation. After that, it becomes non-refundable.
COD
For website orders.
DIRECT TRANSFER
For orders placed via Instagram DM.
MAKING & DELIVERY
We deliver across all Egyptian governorates.
Because every Yume piece is handmade, please allow 5–10 days for making your order, depending on the size, yarn availability, and complexity of the piece.
Once your order is ready and dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees depend on your location and will be confirmed before your order is dispatched.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
If you need to cancel or make any changes, please DM us as soon as possible.
If you cancel more than 2 days after your order was confirmed, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable.
