Please contact Yume before placing the order so we can review your request and confirm that we can make it.
Once confirmed, we’ll let you know the final price and estimated making time before moving forward.
CUSTOMIZATION
+10%
Customizing an existing Yume piece adds a 10% customization fee to its regular price.
Some requests may require an additional charge depending on the requested design, materials, or amount of work involved.
Any additional fees will always be confirmed with you before your order is finalized.
MAKING TIME
Custom pieces may take longer to make than our regular orders because every detail is made specifically for you.
We’ll confirm the estimated making time after reviewing your request.
